Canvas LOVE

My home isn’t BIG, nor do we have a lot of wall space to show off my work, but I have wanted to order a nice variety of canvas samples for some time!

Since we are moving (in like many moons) I thought now was as good of time as any to order some lovely canvases to use as examples for my current and future clients.

I think seeing the REAL PRODUCT will help you all understand sizing, quality, durability and how to pick photo(s) to display as artwork in your home.

You will probably realize how “large photos” do not mean “great for filling up wall space.”

11×14 seems BIG in our heads, but looking at an 11×14 in these photos provides a true sense of print size compared to WALL size. 🙂

I really love canvases because they can fit with ANY decor, are displayed as art and framing isn’t necessary!

Please see the different sizes of canvases and keep in mind that by ordering multiple smaller/medium canvases you can create a BIG collage.

(This is an example I created in photoshop of 2-16x20s paired with 2-16x16s, though not an actual canvas is photographed)

Oh and I wanted to include close up of the TEXTURE and edges.

Canvas Edge Options Are:

-natural wrap (where the image wraps around the edges – best with a zoomed OUT image because you have to crop an extra 4″ width and 4″ height)

-digital stretch, where it stretches OUT the edge of the image (does not effect the size of the image)

-black border

-white border

-other color border

Beautiful!! I’ll take the BIG one, haha! Question – do you do anything special to your images to prep them to be printed on canvases? Extra sharpening or anything? I find that sometimes mine just look a little soft…any suggestion/recommendation is appreciated. I absolutely LOVE your work, and I am so inspired by your work ethic!
