I have been a horrible friend regarding this darn gender reveal.
I am “that friend” that gets so excited about finding out the gender and and was hyping it up all over social media.
THEN… I failed everyone. My precious friends wanted to know and I kept y’all waiting! 🙁 Lame-a-zoid.
I wasn’t even home yesterday to tell my children {you know in some sort of creative PINTEREST way} about baby Cinco’s gender.
By the time I got home from sessions, they were over at Grandpa’s for a sleepover.
This afternoon we FINALLY let our kiddos find out what the baby is going to be.
I want to add that the baby looked great and we could see four chambers. Everything was sizing properly, but we will go back in four weeks for a final check with the peris.
Baby “Cinco” was measuring 17 weeks 1 day and the due date is April 17th! I was estimating the 20th, so I was close! 🙂

I come from four girls and a boy and now have three girls and a boy myself… Why is it that a girl with a lot of brothers is “spoiled” and “protected” but a boy in a girl family gets pity comments? Love the video and the kids reactions! But I’m dying to know what your question to Pierson was before the video cut off and how he responded. Little Lake doesn’t know what to think. She is oblivious! Parker’s reaction had me cracking up. Pierson is amazing and is so sweet and loving and gentile; he is a superior big bro!! congratulations. we have exactly the same. my boy came first, then 4 lovely girls. i too, get the ‘oh poor him’ comments and he was disappointed when we found out she was a she on the last baby. But he has grown into his role and i wish you all the best. God bless xx
Of course and ya know it’s only natural! I mean how many boys or people just say “I want ANOTHER girl?” Poor him, yeah right. He is adored by them! 🙂 he is the boss too.

Congratulations! It makes it a little bittersweet when you have older siblings that were hoping for a boy or a girl but they will adjust beautifully and won’t be able to imagine your family without her!
Yes ma’am, I know they will be so happy. Everyone is already pretty much adjusted. We love our girls and this one will be the beautiful icing on our cake. 🙂
