- that yell you screech at me when i annoyingly tickle and poke you
- the obsession with ice cream – and when you eat it – it’s like nothing else matters
- your ability to take a nap anywhere at anytime, including at a stop light while you are driving your family around
- the sound you make when you drink ice water
- your smothering smooches and hovering
- that big ole noggin – i love that big egghead
- your desire to be better, every day
- your strut
- those mad bass playin’ skills – what an admirable talent (even though all of those cruel bass playing memes are going around FB – don’t believe it, bass players rock!) 😉
- those eyes… a bit mysterious, a bit innocent
- your voice, one of the first things i loved about you (it’s deeper than mine, yay!)
- the goofy paul’isms that you make up for our kiddos and i wind up mimicking because they are cute
- you possess hard-work ethic
- the enormous amount of trust and faith you have in people, including me
- you are non judgmental – which is such a gift and truly a rare quality
- your hands, i have always loved your hands
- you see the best in people, whether i want you to or not
- the way you pay attention to music and can point out things i never noticed before
- your hands on daddy dedication – playing, diapers, snuggles, bottles, bathing them… you do it all!

- my true love for you – like real, gushy, deep, and adoring love. you were the one, from the very first moment. i know that no one else in my life has made me feel the way you do … and that makes you pretty darn awesome.
